Teen Art Connection

TEEN ART CONNECTION

The Teen Art Connection (TAC) program connects area teenagers with opportunities to create and show their art in WAAM’s exhibition space. Working in partnership with the Children’s Home of Kingston, the Word and Image program of Family of Woodstock’s Youth Division, and individual teen community members, WAAM displays work by artists ages 13-19 in the stairwell and landing spaces between the upstairs and downstairs galleries. WAAM believes in the power of art for young people and encourages teenage artists to express themselves and gain exhibition experience by showing their work in a museum venue.

Teens interested in showing their work with WAAM should contact Tara Foley, Education Director, at tara@woodstockarts.org
