Stairwell Gallery

The Stairwell Gallery program connects local community partners with opportunities to create and show their art in WAAM’s exhibition space. Working in partnership with the Children’s Home of Kingston, Creative Arts, The Mental Health Association in Ulster County, Inc. (MHA), and individual community members, WAAM displays work by artists in the stairwell and landing spaces between the upstairs and downstairs galleries. WAAM believes in the power of art for all people and encourages artists to express themselves and gain exhibition experience by showing their work in a museum venue.

Teens interested in showing their work with WAAM should contact Tara Foley, Education Director, at
