Event Details

In this one-on-one hands-on training session you will learn how to apply for exhibitions online at WAAM (and elsewhere) using Submittable software.

Please call 845-679-2940 to RSVP and choose a time slot to meet with one of our experts who will take you through the process step by step.

Bring your tablet, laptop, smartphone or portable device or work with one of the computers we will have available. You will also get tips on photographing your work and shown how to prepare .jpg images as well as how to enter text documents, such as artist statements, for submitting online.

You will come away knowing about the materials required, how to prepare, and all the steps in completing an online submission.

Computers, phones, tablets and tools available to artists online can be powerful allies in advancing your career. Many galleries, organizations and Foundations use internet-based platforms such as Submittable to collect submissions for exhibitions, grants and other opportunities for artists. Applying online is not as hard as you may think. We’re here to help.

Please RVSP by calling 845.679.2940 or email Carl Van Brunt, carl@woodstockart.org
