Recent Acquisitions is an exciting new exhibition showcasing a selection of nearly forty artworks acquired since 2017. This presentation celebrates the growth and diversification of WAAM’s Permanent Collection, made possible by the generous contributions of many dedicated collectors of historic Woodstock art. The Recent Acquisitions exhibition is divided into several thematic sections, offering visitors a captivating look into various aspects of the artistic legacy of Woodstock. These sections include Woodstock Scenes, Woodstock Personalities, Landscapes, Abstractions, as well as Nudes, Sports Scenes, and even Cats—a playful nod to one of the unique artistic subjects in the collection.
