Throughout the pandemic, the Onteora High School Art Department pursued meaningful ways to connect and build relationships with students, many of whom were learning remotely for most of the 2020-2021 school year. The school’s Photography and Digital Art students created the pieces on view throughout the past school year, allowing the creative spirit to flourish in spite of the year’s challenges. Students spent time outside, found a means of escape through creativity, and forged a connection with their classmates as they captured moments in their day-to-day pandemic life.
